Qeemat Online Store products can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Customers will receive either store credit or refund back to their original payment method excluding the shipping cost once the product has been returned.
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] for return authorization and details. Any returns made without authorization will not be entertained. Please mention the correct return address provided by our support team along with order number for timely processing. Qeemat Store reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item is damaged or is not in resalable condition.
Late/ Missing Refunds
In case of returns, Qeemat Store will not be responsible for lost or missing items during return. Customers are requested to place tracking IDs on returned items to avoid such situations. Please ensure the packaging is returned to the correct address otherwise the company reserves the right to decline the issuance of refund payments.
All payment returns, refunds and exchanges will be processed within 15 days of the arrival of product at the return address. It may take some further time for the refunds to appear in your bank statement as bank processes may vary as per institutions. In case of delay in refunds, please check with your bank first. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.
If the item is not received within 5 working days of the specified delivery time, you have 15 days to submit the complaint to the customer support staff for refunds. Any refund claims after that will not be entertained. Purchased items can be returned to the company for refund within 15 days. Refunds are applicable only if the product is unused, in original condition with all the tags intact. The product must be in original packing. Any damages during shipping, especially due to negligence in packing will not be customer’s responsibility. In such case, items may not be considered for refund.
Refunds will be credited via same payment method the item was originally purchased provided it is returned within 15 days and after informing the support staff. All returns and exchanges will be at discretion of Qeemat Store.
Return Costs and Limitations
Once the customer informs the support team about their concerns they are given a time frame to return the item. It is customer’s responsibility to arrange the return and pay the shipping cost for return. Shipping cost are refunded only if the company delivered a wrong size, color or product than ordered by the customer.
All returned items must fulfill the following criteria:
- The product must be unused, unworn and unwashed.
- Item must be in the original tags, stickers and packaging.
- Item must be clean and without damage. Company is not responsible for any damages during shipping of the return items.
- In interest of health and safety, certain products including items of intimate use cannot be exchanged or refunded if the packaging is open, even if they are new.
- All returns and exchanges will be at discretion of Qeemat Store.
